What is your return policy?

Orders are eligible for returns up to 7 days from the delivery date. Items must have packaging intact and garment labels still sewn in. Shipping fees are non refundable. You can request a return by emailing info@poochue.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return or by filling out the return form below. Items discounted more than 30% are final sale including the use of promotional codes.

Can I exchange and item for another size or item?

We can accommodate exchanges for other sizes or styles as long as inventory is available. So items are produced in limited quantities and may be best to purchase before they sell out and request a return for the original item.
